Our choice to use stainless steel tank for the fermentation, give us white and red wines with fresh taste and exalted smell. The stainless steel tank and the controlled temperature allow to produce “fresh” wines, easy drinkable with characteristically aromas. Not only for the international white variety, but also for the tipical ones, like our Manzoni Bianco and our red wine Carmenère.
